How do i stop being nervous before sex (women and men please answer)?

Im a virgin, and before i met my girlfriend i wanted to wait until i got married. But now i feel like doing it with her, i know she wants to do it with me too but she isnt pressuring me into doing it. She said she would be willing to wait but I dont wanna wait anymore. There have been a few times where we could have done it but each time i start feeling sick and throw up in the bathroom
Does anyone know how I can get rid of this nervous feeling that I'm having right before I do it.

just take it slow. if you are really comfortable around this person then it should start to go away. everyone gets nervous before they have sex with a person for the first time. the first time is always a little awkward. after that you start to figure out each other. try just starting with some foreplay and maybe a little oral sex. when you start to get nervous just tell her and i bet she will do whatever would make you relax.
